Their availability, policies and functionality may change independently of Logicorns.

Ownership of deliverables, materials and intellectual property will be defined in the applicable client agreement.

Logicorns retains ownership of its pre-existing frameworks, processes, tools and materials unless otherwise agreed.

To the extent permitted by law, Logicorns will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or services.
